MayoLube SMS Exporter

A first-party sideload app for exporting one local Android SMS/MMS conversation into a ZIP and uploading it directly to the private server endpoint.

Install Flow

  1. Download the APK on the Pixel that contains the conversation.
  2. Open it and grant SMS access when Android asks.
  3. Select the Thomas V thread or any other thread.
  4. Tap Backup selected conversation and leave the app open until it reports completion.

If Android Denies SMS Access

  1. Tap Open Android app settings in the exporter, or long-press the app icon and tap App info.
  2. Tap the top-right menu, then Allow restricted settings.
  3. Return to MayoLube SMS Exporter and tap Grant SMS access again.

The app is read-only and does not need to become your default SMS app. Android can still show an unknown-app or restricted-settings warning because it is installed directly from this private site instead of Google Play. Privacy details are posted at /privacy.html.

The uploaded ZIP is not published on this site. It is stored in private server storage for processing.
